It's been almost a year now since surgery for prostate cancer, and Molly, I, and our kids are so grateful this year to be able to support AFAC as a family in the Grand Haven Triathlon. Sam and Ben will race in the Kids Tri for the first time this year. We thank Ron and everyone at the Grand Haven Triathlon for taking the step of affiliating with this great group.
